National Jury for Malta
The role of the Blue Flag Malta National Jury is to recommend or refuse Blue Flag applications and Beach of Quality Applications
The Malta Jury is composed as follows
Representative of the Environmental Health Department as the expert on the Bathing Water Quality – Mr Charles Bonnici
Representative of the Environment Directorate of the Malta Environment and Planning Authority as the expert of nature protection – Mr Darren Stevens
Representative of the Civil Protection Department as expert on health and saftey issues – Mr Patrick Murgo
Representative of the Centre for Environmental Education Research
